Gluten free baking ingredients

Do you have non-GMO and organic versions of your baking mixes?

Currently, the Gluten-Free Skillet Corn Bread is the only mix available that is non-GMO and organic. We plan to make these options available with our other products in the future.  However, since our gluten free flour is a blend of many different ingredients, we continue to search for non-GMO options for our flour blends.

Are your spices gluten-free?

Yes.

Are your bags recyclable?

Yes, they are, but we would prefer that you reuse them.  Reuse is much better for the planet than recycling. Here are a few ideas:

  • Store your own grains and flours
  • Use as a gift bag
  • Pack your lunch
  • Store your nails and screws

Where can I buy Community Bakers gluten-free mixes?

Currently, you can only purchase our gluten-free mixes by contacting us by email at gfcommunitybakers@att.net. We'd love to hear from you.

Can I freeze the bread or cookie dough?

Yes! Feel free to freeze the bread and cookie dough to use as you need them.  If you just want to bake 3 or 4 cookies at a time you can form the cookies and freeze on a cookie sheet.  When they are frozen, place in a resealable plastic bag and use as needed.
