Community  Bakers' gluten-free carrot cake comes in two sizes; mixes for an 8" x  8" pan or a 9 1/2" x 13" pan. The larger mix can also be used for a  layer cake.

Finish with your favorite cream cheese frosting or enjoy it plain with a glass of milk, cup of tea or mug of coffee.


Ingredients:

Certified  gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch,  xanthan gum, rice extract) cane sugar, brown cane sugar, cinnamon,  baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt and cloves.
